Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Tensorvest platform operated by Tensorvest ("we," "our," or "us"). By creating an account or using our AI-driven stock investment evaluation service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering, logging in, or otherwise using the service, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. These Terms may be updated from time to time; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Accounts and Registration

To use certain features you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate information, to keep your account credentials secure, and not to share or transfer your account. You are responsible for all activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms.

3. The Service and Acceptable Use

Tensorvest provides AI-driven stock investment evaluation tools based on public market data. The service is provided for informational and educational purposes only and does not constitute financial advice. You agree not to misuse the service, including by attempting to reverse-engineer the models, overload the infrastructure, or scrape data at scale.

4. No Investment Advice and Market Data

All evaluations, scores, and commentary produced by the service are generated from public market data and are provided as-is. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Market data is sourced from third parties and may be delayed or inaccurate. You use the service at your own risk and make all investment decisions independently.

5. Payments, Subscriptions and Refunds

Paid plans are billed through our payment partner, Bachs.io. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with notice. Failure to pay may result in downgrade or suspension of paid features.

6. Intellectual Property

The service, its branding, models, and outputs are owned by Tensorvest and protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may use evaluations for personal, non-commercial purposes and may not reproduce, distribute, or resell them without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tensorvest is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the service for breach of these Terms, for non-payment, or for any other reason at our discretion, with or without notice.

9. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Lagos, Nigeria, except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
